Extended Holiday Return Policy

We will gladly accept your return of unworn merchandise. For the holiday season, any products purchased after October 1, 2025 will be eligible for returns through January 31, 2026.

Enjoy free exchanges and returns!

You can return or exchange your UNWORN items for free within 30 days of when they were shipped.

Please be sure your item is in the original shoebox or apparel bag.

Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns are accepted only for purchases made through our website.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your exchange order isn’t received within 21 days of submission, it will be automatically canceled.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can only be made for the same product, different size or color.
  • If the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock (item, color, or size), please follow the returns process for a full refund.
  • We are only able to accept one product exchange. If your new product still doesn’t work for you, it must be returned.

Returns

Returns are processed within two weeks. Once your return is complete, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method, typically within two billing cycles.

Gift Return or Exchange

If you have a gift that needs to be returned or exchanged, you will need BOTH the order number and the shipping zip code from the original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Product

We are sorry you are experiencing an issue with your product! A defective product is an imperfection from a manufacturing or design defect. If you believe you have received a defective product, please fill out the form below.

What's Covered?

All Chaco footwear purchased from an Authorized Dealer in the United States of America: Defects in original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship for the life of the product.

What's Not Covered?

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time
  • Products acquired from unauthorized dealers and aftermarket sources — such as online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers, sales samples, promotional products, and final sale/warehouse sales
  • Laces, lace hardware, and insoles are not covered by our warranty.
